It's not required, but we do prefer it. We'll need to locate your water source and electrical outlet before we get started, so having someone around to point us in the right direction makes things much smoother. If you can't be home, just let us know ahead of time and we'll sort it out.
Yes — we do need access to an outdoor tap and an electrical outlet. Most driveways and homes have both. If you're unsure, just ask us when you book and we'll figure it out together.
Yes, as long as there's an outdoor tap and outlet nearby. We work in all kinds of spots — just confirm your building allows it and we're good to go.
A Full Detail typically takes 2–3 hours. A Premium Detail runs 3–4 hours depending on the vehicle's condition and size. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
A Full Detail covers a thorough interior and exterior clean — vacuuming, wipe-downs, windows, and a hand wash. The Premium Detail goes deeper: we do extraction cleaning on seats and carpets, leather conditioning and shampoo, paint protection, and rubber and matte surface coatings. It's for people who want their car looking genuinely showroom-ready.
